Over the past 15 years I’ve attended a number of tastings, both for consumers and aimed at corporates either at the vineyard or in tasting rooms.

Having studied the Advanced Certificate and Diploma in Wines & Spirits I have learnt and follow the structured process of wine tasting and assessing. While I lived in Perth, I tasted with the Liquor Barons Panel Tasting at Swanbourne Cellars twice a month. Every quarter our recommendations are printed in the On the Vine catalogue.

Based on my experience, I offer structured wine education courses to both consumer and trade covering grape varieties, wine regions, viticulture, vinification, how to assess and how to taste a wine.
