1 hour tasting and 1 hour to set up and pack down
Glasses and spittoons

Hand outs provided with brief summary of specific wine regions and wines with tasting sheet
Wines to be supplied by the client separately

2.’Premier Cru Tasting’ for 5 to 12 people
Includes:
2 hour tasting and 1 hour to set up and pack down
Glasses and spittoons
Water biscuits
Hand outs provided which includes in-depth information on wine regions to be tasted with summary of information on producers along with tasting sheet
Wines to be supplied by the client separately

3.’Grand Cru Tasting’ for 5 to 12 people
Includes:
3 hour tasting and 1 hour to set up and pack down
Glasses and spittoons
Water biscuits, sliced baguettes, packaged cheese and ham platters
Hand outs provided which includes detailed information on specific wine regions to be tasted with information on producers and vintages with tasting sheet
Wines to be supplied by the client separately
